We deliver across most areas of the UK and beyond. Delivery charges and minimum order sizes apply. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather or courier issues).

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of haylage, hay and similar feed products, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We cannot accept returns or refunds due to animals not finding the product palatable or eating the product. We cannot accept returns or refunds due to variations in colour, moisture or texture. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hayuphaylage.co.uk
